1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery timelines for Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (select regions only)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over CAD $75.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping details before confirming your order. StaminUp is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Missed Deliveries

If your order is returned to us because of a failed delivery attempt, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier first. StaminUp is not liable for packages after they have been confirmed as delivered.

7. Discreet Packaging

All shipments are packed in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There is no mention of product names on the outside of the package.

8. International Shipping
