Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For more details, see our Terms of Service.
The following items cannot be returned:
To request a return, please contact our support team or email [email protected]. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you received a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us for assistance.
